Currently I am seeking opportunities in Poland in advance of begining Executive MBA studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.
A seasoned human resources management professional with more than 16 years of experience. I have successfully spearheaded the growth and development of the HR function as a strategic business partner for the Japanese Multinational - Hitachi Canada Ltd. - on a national basis. As the National HR Manager I was the strategic business partner for five business divisions: Consumer Electronics, Optical and Security Products, Medical Solutions, Power and Industry (Thermal and Nuclear Power Generation), and Finance & Administration.
Previous to joining HCL, I weathered a few eventful years with various VC startups in the E-Comm sector (Chapters Online (Canada's Amazon.com) and Borderfree Ltd.,) until the bubble burst in 2001.
