How would you describe your time at Noah Webster Acadamy?
I ran an after school program that taught elementary children ballroom dances including cha-cha, foxtrot, swing, tango, and merenge. At the end of the school year I choreographed a medley incorporating all five dances for their end of year concert.

How would you describe your time at Lone Peak High School?
I teach ballroom dance to the students of Lone Peak High School. In addition I coach their Youth ballroom dance team. I choreographed two medleys, a Latin and a Standard medley, under NDCA regulations. I edited the music and designed the costumes for these routines. My team placed 7th in the nation at Nationals. The year before under a different coach they took last place in the entire country. I was able to take them up a division and in the finals which included 8 teams. In addition to competition I was responsible for directing a concert for the end of the school year. I did the choreography, set, costume, music, and lighting designs for every show piece featured. It was stated by the administration of Lone Peak High School to be the best concert out of all the performing groups that had ever been seen in the history of the school. Three of my students were offered scholarships to dance for college teams. I was responsible for fund raising, setting and keeping to budgets, we went on a tour which I organized as well. Every purchase was recorded and monitored to maintain a healthy financial account with the district....

How would you describe your time at Self employed?
I coach individual Amateur Ballroom Dance couples. In addition to providing individualized choreography in all the ballroom dances (International, American, and satalite social dances), I also teach the technique applied to each dance. I coach an abundant amount of clients in the pre-teen, junior, youth, and amateur divisions. Most of my clients place in the finals of their events at Nationals and other regional competitions. I have also presented awards at NDCA National Competitions. I am qualified to teach beginners up through an advanced level in ballroom dance in all genres. I am currently an Associate member of the ISTD....

How would you describe your time at DanceSport Universe?
This was my college internship and senior project. I was hired to coach two formation teams of children ranging from ages 5-15. In addition I taught an adult beginning Ballroom class. My pre-teen team took first place at Nationals. The following year they moved up a division and took 4th and 2cd. I revived a dying program and added credentials to a studio that promoted their reputation....

How would you describe your time at Brigham Young University?
I studied dance and graduated with a BA in Dance with an emphasis in Ballroom Dance. I toured with BYU Ballroom Dance Company. I was on the team for three years. I spent my time preparing to become a ballroom Dance instructor. My last year I took an internship working with a local studio as a formation team coach. I was also chosen to write an advocacy paper defending an MFA program for dance to the board of directors of the University. My major GPA was a 3.6. Because of my internship and personal competition credentials I was hired immediately at three different locations to teach ballroom dance, and coach teams. In addition I was a private instructor in the evenings. I have recently received my Associate certification through the ISTD in International Standard Ballroom....
