* Ensure Linux and all Windows Servers are constantly available for utilization
* Configure and maintain internal Windows/Linux environment
* Performs semi-annual healthcheck on Windows/Linux servers
* Provides technical support for Windows
* Reviews reported vulnerability scans for Windows/Linux servers and responsible for the resolution of the findings if any.
Subject Matter Expert for Portable Media Librarian
* Responsible for monitoring tape media used, received, and sent to an alternate storage.
* Ensures supply and control of limited-use media
* Audits the physical media library, and ensures consistency of logical and physical media library
* Ensures procedures are in place.
* Responsible for identifying, preparation of transmittal record and packaging of portable media storage to be sent to an off-site retention facility
* Sign-off transmittal records for portable media storage to be sent to an off-site retention facility and hand-over the portable storage media package to the authorized carrier.
* Validate the transmittal record accompanying the portable storage media transferred from the off-site facility against the physical portable media storage count
* Prepares monthly portable storage media inventory report
* Report any discrepancy in portable storage media reconciliation and account for the discrepancy
* Retain record of portable media storage for audit purposes...
