Inside sales counterpart for 3 field account managers on the Advertising, Media and Publishing team - collectively managing over 100 named accounts.
* Support field account manager counterparts in various capacities including: compiling purchase order history reports, retrieve serials numbers, upgrade quotes, and manage licensing contracts.
* Participate and coordinate regional marketing opportunities to boost localized recognition of services and company products.
*Daily account management issues as well as outbound calls to follow up on sales leads.
*Conduct call campaigns to introduce new product lines, raise event awareness, and inform customers of contract renewals under their parent company.
*Focus on data entry - responsible for significant volumes of data entry to an internal CRM system, including data integrity and maintenance
