How would you describe your time at Bank of America?
Overall responsibility was to function as a liaison between the Requestor (Legal, Audit, Personnel, Compliance and the Regulatory Investigation Group) and the Electronic Discovery Labs. I also communicated the requirements of the case to the lab by providing them with the associates involved, the data needed for each associate and search terms to apply to their data. I updated the Requestor and Case Manager on the status of the case by sending them a tracking grid. Once the data has been processed, I delivered the responsive data to the Requestor. After the case is closed, I completed a case closure report that summarizes what was done for the case....

How would you describe your time at georgia southern university?
I received my B.B.A in Information Systems in 1997. I worked in Zach Henderson Library Computer Lab for the first two years of my academic career. I was active in the Delta Sigma Pi Fraternity as well.
