Nathan Distelhorst has been training, facilitating, and coaching individuals and groups on issues core to leadership development and working effectively across difference over 10 years. He has worked in a variety of settings including corporate, higher education, community-based, non-profit, and government. Through the Intercultural Approach, he brings a vision of a positive future in which everyone can fully participate and methods designed to developmentally make human difference a resource, rather than a source of polarization. He is near completion of a distinctive Masters of Arts in Intercultural Relations, accredited by The University of the Pacific. Nathan is certified as a trainer with The National Coalition Building Institute, qualified in the administration of The Intercultural Development Inventory and a facilitator in Personal Leadership???.
