How would you describe your time at Terex?
Note: I was relocated from Tulsa, OK to Terex's Reedrill facility in Sherman, Texas in 2006] This position consisted of service contract administration for off highway mining equipment on a global basis. Contracts varied from maintenance agreements to standard warranties. Responsible for claim settlement and aggressive supplier recovery. Maintained a recovery rate in excess of 60% each year. Met face to face with customers and major suppliers to discuss and resolve disputes that would arise with claim decisions. Instituted policies to ensure that administration, investigation, and financial procedures were lean and thorough and in accordance with market demands. Identified and ensured that compliance of financial and technical procedures met SOX and ISO requirements. Ensured that accruals were on target and reconciled with monthly activity. Recommended out of the box solutions to manufacturing and engineering and publication groups to ensure product design changes based on current situations. Nominated to participate in Terex Leadership program which provided key fundamentals for leadership development....
