How would you describe your time at ERICSSON MOBILITY WORLD?

I was a Construction Manager (CM) for CH2M Hill, the General Contractor on an Ericsson / Cingular UMTS project. I managed cell site builds for the expansion and relocation of GSM bays to support the overlay of Ericsson UMTS (node b). This included the relocation of Nokia GSM RBS on cell sites to allow for expansion and growth, as well as new site builds. Being the first CM to finish the assigned sites, I gained extra duties - final job accomplishment verification of sub-contractors??? labor, materials, T&E and Out of Scope (OOS) invoices. I saved the general contractor money by locating wrong and more expensive or extra material on Bill of Material (BOM). My duties included problem resolution to assure production schedules. I also verified ???as built??? drawings, made structural change recommendations, was on-site to evaluate critical work performance, and updated the customer web data base....
