My work ethic and attention to detail surpass that of most. Comfortable with almost any equipment, style and/or medium, if you can imagine it, chances are I can paint it.
Meanwhile, back at the Palazzo with CWS Contractors. I'm just starting this IUPAT gig; so I'll let you know specifics as I find them out....

How would you describe your time at D.C. Vient?
This was a 5-week IUPAT gig for which I was part of an 80-journeyman-specialty-painters crew, working together to faux finish the Concierge Suite at the brand new Venetian Palazzo Hotel-Casino Resort (Grand Opening January 17 - 19, 2008). We busted our tails, working literally 71 hours a week, without breaks, until the work was accomplished. Good ol' professional fun and team maneuvering that helped to pay for the holidays. If I had my way, the work would never stop, but it does. Onward to the next project....

How would you describe your time at Harrah's Operating Company?
From April - September 2007, I worked as one of 2 Faux Painters for the Paris Hotel-Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. My co-worker and I were responsible for making and keeping the casino and boulevard shop walls and trim look like marble and wood grain. I also repainted sections of the sky ceiling in the Le Buffet restuarant. Using rags, brushes, rollers, fingers and other tools, the job required painting faux-finishes on a variety of different interior and exterior surfaces. It was also my responsibility to compile the OSHA inventory.
First and foremost an artist, I am a team player with a passion for painting and for the rewards and recognition that come to those who out-perform themselves. My core values are -- and I practice these every day:
* Respect others. * Deliver what I promise. * Have pride in my workmanship. * Lead by example and serve by being responsible. * Practice continuous quality improvement in everything I do.
If there is ever anything you need along these lines, please let me know. No job is too big or too small. Having lived in San Francisco most of my life, in Southeast Asia for 8 years, and in Las Vegas for 3, I am comfortable both in the US and overseas. I am willing to travel and/or to relocate....

I had the pleasure of working with Jack for 2 1/2 years in Bali, Indonesia (November 2000 - April 2003), and I can gladly vouch for him highly. He is particularly well suited as an artist, manager, counselor and team leader. He has an uncanny vision, seemingly endless resources of creativity, a way of cooperating with and encouraging co-workers, and the enthusiasm to do whatever it takes to get almost any job done. The more difficult the challenge, the more successful Jack seems to be at it.
