How would you describe your dream job in 10 words or less?
A marketing and operations leader for a small, privately-held B-to-C organization based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The job would involve many disparate responsibilities (as is common across a small team) and would equally test my leadership, analytical and managerial skills. The organization would possess a stable financial foundation, high growth trajectory and dedicated leadership. Words and phrases like integrity, fun, passion, innovation and rationale thinking would best describe the environment and culture. Titles and organizational charts would play a lesser role as collaboration, teamwork and unity would be required to realize the firm's full (preferably extraordinary) potential....
