What are the most rewarding aspects of your job?

I help organizations achieve their objectives by hunting down leaders and staff. When I've coached a job applicant into a victory that serves their new firm well or seen a firm grow due to the efforts of a hire I've brought to them. When I realize that lives change becuase of what I do.
