What are the most rewarding aspects of your job?

The most rewarding aspects of my job are working with a team of passionate professionals on a global basis. At Hewlett Packard I can be a positive change agent. I love the aspect of helping top talent find the "right position" at HP. Mentoring of internal talent and contractors. I am very proud of the number of people I have worked with who have been promoted and been successful in their careers.

I feel very fortunate to be in a job where I can make a positive impact on people's lives as well as help my company, HP, attain their business goals.

How would you describe your time at Hewlett Packard?

Responsible for identification and hiring of top sales and sales leadership talent for Hewlett Packard. Projects completed include but aren't limited to development of a Diversity Recruitment Toolkit, Hiring Manager Recruitment Toolkit, Training for New Hiring Managers, Development and implementation of Recruiter/Hiring Manager interview training, Development and implementation of competency based interview tools and staffing program management of major HP sales hiring initiatives including Account Investment Program (AIP). Other duties include providing staffing dashboards demonstrating success in attainment of corporate metrics including cost per hire, cost of the workforce, diversity, time to fill and quality of hire. Extremely successful at developing long term strategic relationships with top talent in the technology industry and identifying career opportunities at HP.

Strong track record of providing top talent without usage of outside search firms. Have been effective at utilizing employee referrals, professional networking, social networking, client referrals and other sourcing techniques to hire top talent.
