Responsible for identification and hiring of top sales and sales leadership talent for Hewlett Packard. Projects completed include but aren't limited to development of a Diversity Recruitment Toolkit, Hiring Manager Recruitment Toolkit, Training for New Hiring Managers, Development and implementation of Recruiter/Hiring Manager interview training, Development and implementation of competency based interview tools and staffing program management of major HP sales hiring initiatives including Account Investment Program (AIP). Other duties include providing staffing dashboards demonstrating success in attainment of corporate metrics including cost per hire, cost of the workforce, diversity, time to fill and quality of hire. Extremely successful at developing long term strategic relationships with top talent in the technology industry and identifying career opportunities at HP.
