How would you describe your time at EDO?
Provide Administrative support to Surface Warfare Program Acquisition Management and Logistics Team Director.
* Support the Director for meetings, presentations, budgeting and correspondence.
* Support three Program Managers; maintain financial status and records of their programs.
* Maintain calendar and appointments for Director and coordinate office events accordingly.
* Consolidate input from Program Managers on various business/financial requirements, Revenue Tracking, Estimate At Completion (EAC), Quick Look, Proforma and Job Summary Report (JSR).
* Monitor employee's clearances status for PM's record.
* Ensure updates on open positions accordingly to new job descriptions.
* Process local and long distance travel expense forms.
* Ensure monthly travel and Other Direct Charges (ODC) are accounted for in the JSR's
* Keep central file database current; assist teams administratively as needed to include, ordering office supplies, preparation reviews using Excel, Word and Power Point....
