How would you describe your time at RadioShack?
I originally started off as a part-time sales associate assisting customers with purchases in consumer electronics. This required a great deal of product knowledge, customer interaction, communication, and computer skills. I really enjoyed this job because I was able to influence how people made decisions about important purchases. The last year I was at RadioShack I became a full-time sales associate and eventually assistant manager in charge of the store when the manager was not present. I was still taking a full college load at the time. I was able to oversee a small staff and help train on the new and upcoming products and promotions. Through this job I was able to gain knowledge about the wireless industry, computer skills, and the ability to close the sale and satisfy my customer at the same time....

How would you describe your time at The Riveredge Resort Hotel?
SUMMER POSITION
Basically, I was there to assist the customer in whatever they needed to maximize their stay with us at the hotel. Here I was able to learn how to deal with high-profile clients and be responsible in caring for expensive assets(many automobiles, some over $100,000). This was an excellent job because I was not given one particular task other than "make sure they get what they want."...

How would you describe your time at Gouverneur Big M?
While in High School, I was able to start using my customer service skills by working in a grocery store. I think this was an excellent start in dealing with people at a younger age than many.
