How would you describe your dream job in 10 words or less?

My ideal job would provide me the opportunity to motivate and inspire a team of technical developers to collaborate and work diligently to exceed expectations. At the same time, I would be a trusted member of the executive team, with responsibility for product direction and on-schedule delivery to the company.

I enjoy building strong relationships with customers and leveraging them for mutual benefit.

Recruited by the ON CEO to improve product delivery. At Symantec, reported to the Division VP and provided leadership to 64-person global (U.S., Europe, and India) software development team that designed and implemented an enterprise-class
software deployment and configuration management product line. $6M budget.
* Expanded the capabilities of the Boston / Munich team, increasing headcount by 24 at a cost of 9, by outsourcing to India. Developed a helpful and effective multi-level relationship with MindTree in Bangalore by building a strong, trusting partnership.
* Delivered three (one brand-new) products on schedule, resulting in increased revenues, despite the distractions of integrating the ON development team into Symantec processes.
* Improved product quality and added critical features without increasing budget; increased development productivity by means of clear communications and structure. ON's revenues doubled to $40M in 2 years, increasing Symantec's interest in making the $100M+ acquisition.
