4 month contract position for the department in charge of marketing all humanitarian projects to donors.
Duties Included:
- Proofread, edited, rewrote and formatted promotional text for website and printed materials used for donor solicitation
- Audited budgets for over 900 domestic and
international humanitarian projects: balanced budgets as needed, identified inconsistencies and items requiring further explanation/breakdown
- Allocated budget items and projects as a whole to sub-ledger and ledger accounts
- Composed and distributed correspondence for project approval status, budget guidelines and discrepancy rectification
