How would you describe your time at Coldwell Banker Bain?
I head CBBain's recruiting, retention, and development campaign - strictly focused on our Real Estate Agent population. I contribute to the growth and profitability of the company by recruiting and placing productive real estate agents within branches throughout Puget Sound.
Recruitment marketing, career page optimization, building recruiting programs, creating and hosting career information and invitational events, partnering on mentoring and coaching for first year agents and connecting technology to each of these areas are my key focuses here at CBBain.
