What advice do you have for someone looking for their first job out of college?
Be realistic! That is my number one piece of advice! When I first graduated from college, I thought that I was going to make the big bucks because of my degree...well reality quickly set in and I came to realize that experience is what determines your salary 99.9% of the time! Don't rely on salary calculators to tell you how much you should be making. Go out there and find a career and know that promotion and the outstanding salary that you deserve...take time....
