What's the toughest problem you've had to solve?
My toughest problem was migrating an ISP from an accounting package to a proper ISP billing package. This included analyzing thousands of tables in MS-SQL, writing custom import scripts, writing custom VB scripts to automate tasks, writing Perl and PHP scripts to hand automated provisioning of UNIX services and learning Crystals Reports to write new/modify pre-written reports....
