Responsible for marketing and public relations for the HomeTeam one-hour "cause" reality television show promoting first time home ownership: * Web site - Developed and maintained www.ht-tv.com to promote the TV show, gather nominations for recipients, provide highlights of past episodes * Media relations - Secured local media coverage for all season two episodes of HomeTeam in outlets including the New York Post, Hollywood Reporter, Broadcasting & Cable Magazine, the New York Times, Brandweek, Mediaweek and WABC Morning News along with 60 other U.S. dailies and industry trade publications. * Awards - Submitted and won two awards, an Accolade for Inspirational and Motivational Reality Television, and a Telly Award for excellence in TV programming. * Sponsorships and Product Placements - Acted as liaison to major TV show sponsors including Lay's Brand of Frito-Lay, Levitz Furniture, the Roomstore, Floor and D??cor, and Reader's Digest Home and Garden Group. * Viral Marketing - In addition to traditional SEM and SEO activities, marketed the television show in various social marketing venues including Blogger, Brightcove, Digg, Grouper Video, GoFish, Broadcaster, AOL Video, YouTube, Veoh, Google Video and MySpace. * Recipient Outreach - Guerrilla marketed cities in which the TV show was filming including advertising, editorial coverage and outreach to local associations, government constituents and housing authorities * Local station contact - Acted as the marketing contact for approximately 170 local station affiliates as HomeTeam was nationally syndicated in 94% of the country on networks including ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, CW, and Superstation WGN....
