How would you describe your time at Sizewise Rentals?
This was my first step into corporate sales. The company was a for-profit bariatric supply company. I began as an Account Associate and became a Account Specialist in a little over a year. My duties were to deliver hospital beds, quality control on equipment, billing, inventory, and sales. With my promotion, I was being mentored as an entry-level sales associate. This involved my knowledge of negotiating sales/rental contracts, in-servicing medical equipment for nurses and specialists, promoting equipment available through our company, sensitivity training, continuing education in hospitals on bariatric needs, and organizing events at hospitals throughout Florida....

How would you describe your time at Wild Wing Cafe?
This was my move into the corporate area of bartending. Here I was exposed to high volume service of both food and liquor. I contributed as a performer on stage (with my band Catching Red) and as a bartender. I learned about the many complexities of the restaurant industry at the corporate level and briefly experimented with management. My sales experience was broadened here as I worked with corporate trainers for several months. I worked here from February 2005 - February 2006....

This was the cornerstone of my career as a bartender. I began in the kitchen at Firebelly and worked my way up to general manager. I established myself as a consistent, knowledgeable bartender and gained a very strong and loyal clientele. How would you describe your time at Undercurrant/Caprice Bistro?
A fine dining restaurant establishment where I held several positions. I began working behind the bar as a bar back and became a co-bartender shortly after. I also did office duties such as menu production, inventory of liquor, wine, and food, and product storage and upkeep. They had a wine list recognized by top magazines and carried a stock of 200 which I managed. I worked here on and off from 2000 - 2002....

How would you describe your time at Jersey Mike's?
This was the job that I held while I was in college. I began simply slapping subs together and ended up as the general manager. My management skills were refined thanks to duties such as food orders, employee firing and hiring, dealing with inconveniences that arose, equipment breakdowns, etc. I also began establishing a local clientele within the community there. I worked there from 1997 - 1999....

This was my father's Italian restaurant. I began working there at the age of 14 as a dishwasher. By the time I left for college I was the head waiter and sommelier for the restaurant.
