Recommendations

It is with pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation. Petty Officer Reynolds performed his demanding duties with an infectious can-do attitude. Working outside his rate, he worked closely with the Naval Hospital fiscal department to ensure the clinic received all needed equipment and perishables. Managing an OPTAR of over $1,500,000, he led departmental supply petty officers in maximizing their available resources to provide the highest possible health care to our beneficiaries.
