On weekends and occasionally on the weekdays I would open the store. This meant inputting stock, revenue and gas prices into the main computer, and depositing profit from previous day in the bank, as well as checking in stock, filling the coolers, training new employees, and helping customers. How would you describe your time at JC Penny?

I began as a 300 line switchboard operator. I eventually moved out to the sales floor part-time. I worked every department as a floater for several months until I was placed permenately in the accessories department. After approximately 2 months I was then placed in Lingerie and trained to be a Customer Service Specialist. However, I was still sent up to take over the switchboard to relieve the other operators for lunches or if an operator called in sick.
