How would you describe your time at City of Houston?

Planning and managing the development and implementation of a new 700 MHz public safety radio communications system for the City. The system will replace the four systems the City currently owns and operates with one centrally operated system. Managing a system project from inception and project definition to implementation and post-implementation analysis and planning. My responsibilities included all phases, such as project development, implementation strategy, planning and support, system requirements, implementation options analysis, procurement, conversion planning and operational support requirements. My duties included developing relationships with other regional partners to enhance cooperation. The project is estimated to cost $150 million.... read more
