Coordinates all administrative functions for the Corporate Compliance/Ethics Officer. Responsible for training and education of new employees in the hospital. Participates in the budgeting process by evaluating, estimating, and tracking cost. These actions saved the department $5,000 in overspending monthly.
Coordinate and prepare confidential reports regarding the company's employees and their work environment when the employees anonymously call and report any noncompliant activities that they are made aware of with the hospital. Review staff time and attendance reports, for accuracy and completeness, and notify the Corporate Compliance/Ethics Officer of all payroll-processing issues, and maintain all supporting documentation. Maintain custody of the department's petty cash fund. Prepare internal accounting vouchers and assists with the preparation of expense reports. Coordinates and establishes the reporting and control system for legal and confidential documentation for the Corporate Compliance Officer. Continually improve the comprehensive record and filing system for the department to ensure a timely flow of the paperwork throughout the office.

I had a great time at this school. I lived on campus so I experienced all that campus life had to offer. I almost graduated Summa Cum Laude, but I missed it by a hundredth of a point. I loved that school.
