6-Month Contract in the Intel IT Technical Staffing and Placement Service (TSPS).
Based on my strengths in account management and development was hired to support a seamless restructuring of Intel TSPS to an account-based model. While Intel went through a downsizing process successfully
filled 25 Contingent Worker (CW) positions, in an Average-Time-to-Fill of 2.5 weeks. Delivered outstanding customer service, as measured by the Supplier-of-Choice Survey. Survey results were 100% "Excellent" (5) and "Good" (2). Negotiated over $20K in savings to Intel by working with Clients and Suppliers to adjust CW hourly rates. Also, successfully developed repeat and referral business with Intel Clients by delivering timely results. Embraced Intel culture and values and contributed to the success of the team. Simultaneously, quickly got up to speed to efficiently and effectively utilize the proprietary Intel recruiting database. Participated on a virtual team with supervisors and peers in four different locations in three Western states. Developed relationships and filled positions with hiring managers in New Jersey, Washington and Oregon.
