How would you describe your time at Intel?
6-Month Contract in the Intel IT Technical Staffing and Placement Service (TSPS). Based on my strengths in account management and development was hired to support a seamless restructuring of Intel TSPS to an account-based model. While Intel went through a downsizing process successfully filled 25 Contingent Worker (CW) positions, in an Average-Time-to-Fill of 2.5 weeks. Delivered outstanding customer service, as measured by the Supplier-of-Choice Survey. Survey results were 100% "Excellent" (5) and "Good" (2). Negotiated over $20K in savings to Intel by working with Clients and Suppliers to adjust CW hourly rates. Also, successfully developed repeat and referral business with Intel Clients by delivering timely results. Embraced Intel culture and values and contributed to the success of the team. Simultaneously, quickly got up to speed to efficiently and effectively utilize the proprietary Intel recruiting database. Participated on a virtual team with supervisors and peers in four different locations in three Western states. Developed relationships and filled positions with hiring managers in New Jersey, Washington and Oregon. Further, developed skills in communication, negotiation teamwork and leadership by successfully completing over 70 hours of Intel training....

Leading manufacturer of digital projectors, with one-third market share worldwide Daily, answered an average of 64 calls, closed sales, coordinated inventory and shipping, managed returns, placed outbound calls to drive sales and build business. Sold large format digital display to technology to corporate, government, education and business customers. Bid and negotiated government and education contracts In Q1 and Q2 2005, above target for sales revenue. 2004, generated $2.32M sales revenue and signed 14 new agents in eight weeks of cold calling while launching the InFocus Sales Agent Program. 2003, sold $2.25M, while spearheading the Outbound Calling Campaign. On my own initiative, in one year, grew one account from $60K in annual sales to $230K. Generated $1.69M in sales in 2002.
