Completely redesigned and rewrote existing VB6 imaging application, that split incoming faxes into individual TIFF files based on patch code pages and sprayed generated document control number on top of each page, as a scalable ASP.Net Web Service (using Oracle to coordinate generation of unique document control number following customer-specified schemas) consumed by WebSphere JAVA subsystems.

Updated and re-architected legacy document management and workflow management systems to add error handling and logging and promote code reuse. As part of development team for company's next generation Workflow Management System (WMS) participated in requirements gathering, system design/architecture and acted as system expert for file transport and imaging portions of development. Customized Log4Net appender to feed Nagios open-source system management console. Served as subject matter expert for Metastorm PM4Data managed file transfer application used to provide single integration point for all input sources and coordinate creation of business process workflows.

Project Server Administrator

Installed and configured Project Server 2002. Explored extending OLAP cube to include Task-level data. Defined technical approach to integrate company's legacy HR and project management systems.

Scoped, architected and built n-Tier XML ASP.NetWeb Services based application to update Project Server resource pool with data from legacy applications.

Created training material for team members, project managers, and executives. Wrote numerous white papers on aspects of Project Server configuration to help implementation project team make decisions.

Project Lead

Extended and enhanced Microsoft Access project reporting database and reports generated by Niku Workbench. Generated ad hoc reports and queries.

Managed TNEX Data Transition In and Data Transition Out projects (each over 15,000 hrs of effort) through Scope and most of Design.
Provided technical research and support during engagement with Project Assistants to install, customize and rollout Microsoft Project Server in enterprise. Developed concept diagram, acronym, and logo during project's research & development phase and rechristening as "Enterprise Task Management System (ETMS)".

Facilitated requirements workshops and technical explorations. Evaluated translation program to bring Niku Workbench projects into Microsoft Project format.
