I have held several roles within the Manheim organization. I currently work as the Sr. Business Analyst and I develop processes for all business needs and rules; in addition to gathering information for future business intelligence database platforms. I am responsible for developing detailed system specifications for all database enhancements and overall system processing. I am responsible for report development and design for operational metrics. I create user manuals and procedure guidelines, with the assistance of higher-level project leads and management - which are updated during additional system enhancement of requirements, acceptance testing, process change, and other compliance standards. During the the development process, I document and track defects and issues found during testing, to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements. I develop maps of current and prospective customer for our Sales and Marketing teams. As a Manheim Consulting team member I created presentations, business plans and ad hoc reports used to increase customer attendance and identify top prospective buyers and sellers for account managers. Provide analysis on customers and overall market segments. Performed buyer analysis and account reviews to identify strategic opportunities for existing customers. I also develop weekly, monthly and quarterly scorecards to show data trends for internal and external customers. Perform retention analysis to help drive increased ROI for existing customers. Provide pricing and competitive analysis. Responsible for mining databases for operational insight and strategic direction.
