How would you describe your time at Bentley Systems?
Responsible for overseeing operations, systems maintenance, and quality control for the Creative Services department for an industry leading CAD-based software company. In this capacity, I work with requesters and designers to ensure all expectations are met with designs for marketing projects and campaigns. Servicing the needs of a global company, it is essential for me to bridge the communication gap across time zones and keep things running smoothly for everyone. To effectively support colleagues creatively, I must maintain a balance which requires branding guideline enforcement while still satisfying the need for dynamic and customized output. Additional responsibilities include:
- Assistance with creative direction
- Scheduling project discussions/conference calls
- Approving designs for quality standards
- Keeping production on schedule
- Updating corporate branding guidelines
- Submitting RFQs with Print vendors
- Developing new procedures as needed
- Monitor the progress of contracted agencies
- Departmental troubleshooting (PC and Mac)

Designed and developed print marketing collateral for the world's leading hydraulic civil engineering software company. Contributed graphics expertise and services to some of the largest marketing campaign successes in the company's tenure. Major accomplishments include:
- Lead designer of all collateral promoting the Water Security Summit (held on Dec. 3-4, 2001 in Hartford, CT).
- Conceptualization and production of Current Methods, the company's own self-funded and published magazine.
