What's your dream job?

My dream job would provide the opportunity to work in production-driven, team environments, where it is essential to work closely with my colleagues in order to meet goals and deadlines. It would be a rewarding position of high responsibility. It would involve my professional background, management skills and education.

It would be mutually beneficial to my emplyer and myself, and would build upon my work experience.

My recent experience, as Mill Training Foreman, combined metallurgy and loss control, where I provided Mill supervisors, technicians & operators the 'know-how' to do an exceptional job in their area of responsibility; through a combination of instruction, hands-on training, and direct supervision.

Past experience includes Safety Superintendent at an operation covering 6500 acres and employing 350 personnel; and Control Supervisor directing a 42-man crew involved in production milling and flotation concentration. Emphasis was always placed on maximizing productivity and safety.
