Haydrian Corporation is an Anti-money laundering and CRM software company for financial institutions. It was founded to bring tailored, comprehensive solutions to national and regional banks in Emerging Markets. With headquarters in Bellevue, Washington, have offices in Colombia, Egypt, Indonesia, Lebanon, Mexico, Miami, Pakistan, Panama & Spain.
The AML product was bought by SunGard and the company is being dissolved.

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT.
Based in Mexico City, and reporting to the President of Operations in Bellevue, the position is responsible for Planning and Operating all products and services within the region. This includes coordinating all implementations within customers and acting as Managing Director.

ACHIEVEMENTS.
* Promote sales with Temenos customers. Various agreements signed and implemented.
* Participated with Central America government institutions to spread a solid commercial relationship within the region, ACAMS Latin America event among others.
* Implemented new help desk procedures for customers and business partners globally.

Syncronet is a joint venture between FIRA (a subsidiary from the Central Bank in Mexico) and TEMENOS (Core Banking software developer in Switzerland).
Its purpose is to offer:
- Temenos T24 Software through an ASP (Application Service Provider) model.
- Be the best solution to outsource the
IT functions of a financial institution including Software, Hardware, Data Center operations, Disaster Recovery Plan, Business Continuity Process, etc.
It targets Commercial banks, Credit Unions, Cooperatives, SOFOL (Financial societies with a limited purpose), Non-Bank Banks, among other financial intermediaries.

ACHIEVEMENTS.
* Within 4 months, we sold more than the rest of the company history.
* For 2 years, the company had negative profit & cash flow numbers. With only 6 months, the trend line went from negative to positive, re-structured the organization bringing new people, culture, process and procedures focus on customer service.
* We re-structured all customers' contracts in order to have more benefits for both sides.
* Had controlled of 30+ projects (with old and new customers)
* A new Business Plan was introduced an approved by the Board of Directors, including new product lines. At year end, these new product lines were almost 50% of our income.

Information Technology (IT) activities including data center operations, telecommunications, Customer Help Desk (Siebel), project management, Information and Trading Systems implementation and maintenance, Management Information Systems, and related financial tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES.
* IT strategy within the Front Line Business Unit.
* Provides consultative services to clients and prospects to facilitate the integration of Reuters' data into their systems environment and platforms.
* Budgeting and forecasting capital and other items taking into account strategy, capacity planning, business activity levels, marketing and sales strategies, plus special initiatives.
* Resource management including forecasting IT resources, and development of staff.

* Acts as Chief Security Officer

* Project Leader of new Information Systems in Latin America, using Internet and Digital Broadcast Systems.
* Gave pre-sales support for all Professional Services customers, leading the company to a new product line.
* Mexico was the number one country in client satisfaction globally in Reuters.
* Customer Migration to new IT systems due to Guadalajara, Monterrey and Panama Data Center closures.
* Implementation of the CMM-I (Capability Maturity Model. Integrated) in Mexico.
* Implementation of Reuter's information, transactional and contingency systems for Banamex-Citigroup treasury floor (+90 traders).
