BAN introduced me to the crisis of electronic waste and its exportation to developing countries under the guise of recycling. Also I gained strong qualitative research skills interviewing 25 18-30 year olds about how/where they get their news and created a recommendation report for launching/promoting a consumer resource website to offer information regarding more sustainable computers, efficient electronic use, and legitimate electronics recycling.
