Lead and direct the design, development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies. Work collaboratively with 16 recruiters and 15 members of senior management from seven states to determine staffing needs, manage costs and ensure reporting requirements are met. Developed and executed the entry-level recruitment program for the National Internal Auditing Practice. Recruited, hired and negotiated offers with 40-50 full-time and 5-6 intern candidates per year for the National Security and Technology Solutions Practice. Coordinated recruiting activities at 12 national focus schools which included: developing and maintaining relationships with professors and placement offices, coordinating and driving recruiting activities, and overall responsibility for the firm's brand and image on campus.
