What's your ideal role within an organization?
My ideal role in an organization is one of leadership. I currently own and operate two companies, a contingency search firm and a niche job board for the human capital space. I am entrepreneurial, innovative and strategic in my approach to all that I do; those I work with would call me a business partner and, if a person could be a think tank, it would be me. My ideas are progressive and scalable and bring value to my organizations and those that are business partners....
