How would you describe your time at Samsung Austin Semiconductor?
For a number of years, responsible for all training functions. Needs analysis, curriculum development, course design, course delivery, budget, vendor managment, HRIS, etc. Much of the job over the years was heavily Organizational Development focused. Responsible for co-chairing and facilitating annual strategic planning meeting. Designed and facilitated several department interventions. Provided performance coaching to engineers and supervisors. Developed and managed all Leadership Development programs. Interviewed and recruited engineers, technicians and production operators. Supervised new college grad engineers during 16 week training program. Managed several difficult employee relations issues. Interfaced with Samsung Global HQ frequently each year to implement worldwide systems and benchmarking mutual practices....

How would you describe your time at Advanced Micro Devices?
Developed the Technician Technical Assessment for Advanced Micro Devices. Identified competencies, developed and delivered a behavioral interviewing process to technically assess the skills and knowledge of Wafer Fab Technicians who wanted to enter the training and promotion path to Maintenance Technician.
Wrote successful grant application to the Texas Smart Jobs Fund for $830K. Managed project after grant was awarded....

How would you describe your time at Sematech?
Evaluated transfer of skills and knowledge (Kirkpatrick's' level 3 evaluation) for participants of two Center for Creative Leadership courses through post-assessment questionnaires and interviews. Analyzed data and common trends. Presented report of findings to the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Evaluated the SEMATECH manager assimilation process through focus groups, developed and implemented a strategic plan which made the process more comprehensive, effective, and timely....
