What are the three things that provide you satisfaction in your work?
1. A Challenge- When I'm challenged, I am at my best.
2. Respect- Knowing that the work I do and the ideas I suggest are seen as legitimate and are based on my own experience and skills
3. Motivation- I like putting effort into projects. If it's three a.m. and I've got a great idea, I'm going to work it out. When I have work that motivates me, I go all out....
