What path did you take to your current career?

I have sold recruitment services of one kind or another for more than 10 years. As it turns out, a former colleague on the east coast needed someone to hit the ground running from a home office and we re-connected.

How would you describe your time at ADVANCE for Nurses Magazine?

I helped launch a new magazine for the nursing profession in northern California. I help facilities who hire nurses get their recruiting message out. What I really love is learning about some of the incredible work nurses are doing and sharing it with 90,000 of their colleagues!
