What kind of job are you looking for?

Well I am planning to go to school to be a teacher but if this substitute teaching makes me change my mind I would love to be a dermatologist. I would like to find a office type of environment job or any type of receptionist/secretary job.Most importantly the pay I would like to make $10+ a hour.
