As the Director of Convergence Sales, my strong sales management experience driving performance is frequently tested as I lead and supervise nearly a dozen account managers located in the eastern U.S., I currently manage the entire up-sell pipeline, assign account coverage, and am responsible for coaching and holding my staff to specific quarterly goals. I possess a strong sales track record, believe in the importance of responsibility, and have impeccable attention to detail.
I provide Fortune 1000 and Fortune 500 companies with powerful VoIP and TDM products to help them secure and manage their enterprise telecommunications assets against malicious attacks, as well as, real-time visibility and control over VoIP and TDM networks and call traffic.
With a suite of applications that include; CDR, Health & Status, Call Recording, and a Voice Firewall it allows for real-time monitoring of their entire enterprise
As the leader, my first challenge is to strongly manage my talented account management team by meticulously overseeing and making the team accountable to the rigid metrics used to up-sell the suite of voice security and management applications.
