How would you describe your time at Morales Machine Shop?
On call 24/7 for oil rigs, open the office at 8am, shedule drivers as needed to multiple locations, prepare proper paper work for pick up and deliveries, invoice, handled customer's/vendor's questions or concerns (phone or walkins), personlly attended to all incoming phone calls, scheduled foreman's priority work load, monitor expenses on credit/fuel cards, obtain all expense receipts daily, maintain accounts receivables/accounts payable up to date, collect on past due accounts, contact vendor's for discrepancies found, balance check book, daily bank deposits, weekly payroll, monitor time-cards for overtime, create quarterly reports, create quarterly taxes, create and submit bids, contact un-active accounts, seek for better prices before purchasing materials, provided purchase orders and monitor shop expenses, increased sales up to 65%, managed to keep a peaceful atmosphere amoung co-worker's, schedule safety meetings, kept all tractor and heavy equipment permits and taxes up to date, set cameras and alarm at the end of the day (between 5-7pm)....
