At this position I helped client firms determine their needs and implemented solutions. I was then promoted to Project Manager. In this position I managed teams of up to 5 people to coordinate the development of applications. This included personnel from customers and other third party vendors such as Oracle, HP, Ernst & Young. I was heavily trained in all Mercury products and handled beta tools that were required for the most demanding and advanced developing situations. My experience is deep in systems that were very large, multi-tiered, and widely distributed. My work consisted also in the specification of the interface between the Mercury and Nat System tools and in managing the pre-sale activity for that part in Europe.
