The HELB Foundation is an NGO mult-stakeholder partnership and think tank initiated and funded by the IT industry (Microsoft, Cisco, Intel, T-Systems) for the better use of IT-related EU funds and the promotion of e-skills for employability and competitiveness. I am a Board of Trustees member and chief executive of the organization. www.helb.hu Hungarian branch of the e-skills industry leadership board in Brussels....

How would you describe your time at Microsoft?
I'm in charge of the TITAN Programme, which is a multi-stakeholder initiative for the e-skills training of 235.000 workers, SME managers and IT Pros annually. I do also have tasks related to the corporate citizenship affairs of Microsoft.
