Responsible for strategic engineering in the global enterprise, managing a team of senior engineers. Goals include integrating infrastructures of acquired companies, introducing and enforcing standards, process and procedures to the enterprise.

PeopleSoft was acquired by Oracle soon after I started, my responsibilities did not change dramatically once I moved into Oracle.

A former colleague became CFO of DeVries in 2002 and contacted me requesting help stabilizing and upgrading their infrastructure.
