What was your first job?

My first job was as an Army Helicopter Pilot; my first civilian job was a recruiter, in some ways both positions seek to find something or someone and in both its important to remember no matter where you go, where you hide or what you do I'll do my best to find you.

How would you describe your time at Agility Communications?

Contracted to provide staffing development and training as well as human resources coordination to the 350 employees and clients of an optical products start-up based out of Santa Barbara, CA. with manufacturing operations in Allentown, PA. A portion of the objectives completed resulted in the development and implementation of HR strategies for the company, re-designed recruiting process to support client group goals and to include a managed college and diversity initiative. This re-engineered staffing group met all initiatives attaining breakthrough results. How would you describe your time at Skytel Communications?

Developed all aspects of the National Employment and Recruitment function for a 3,500-employee Wireless Communications company, initiating and implementing a company-wide staffing strategy to source management, sales and technical talent both internally and externally while providing overall staffing leadership to Recruiters and HR Managers.

Responsibilities included evaluating and analyzing staffing initiatives in support of the organizations strategic objectives. Assessed, recommended, implemented recruitment and employment processes. Also developed and implemented a team based staffing concept to increase workflow efficiencies and customer coverage which resulted in increased staffing levels by 75% over a six (6) month period, while reducing advertising and travel expenditures by 36%.
