How would you describe your time at ABF Beck Communications?
* Schedule and coordinate appointments with current and prospective clients and make arrangements for meetings, and conferences to include making reservations for conference rooms and restaurants; and completing research to generate, compile, and follow-up on all necessary paperwork.
* Update records and databases for monthly invoices related to accounts receivable and review monthly billings for processing of accounts payable.
* Function as a liaison inside and outside the office to handle office equipment orders, Internet service interruptions, banking needs and other business related matters; handle email and voicemail correspondence.
* Serve as individual, who requires minimal supervision, to work in the administrative headquarters for a firm that takes in over $300,000 annually....
