How would you describe your time at Howard Rice?
I performed mostly escalated troubleshooting functions in a Windows XP desktop and 2003 server (Active Directory) environment. I was also the sole Mac OS X support person, who created the Citrix and VPN package for 50 attornyets with Macs at home. I also created detailed instructions for the Mac project, as well as other technical documents. I also administered the BlackBerry 4 server....

Lillick- Built Novell and Windows servers and implemented them in San Francisco and Orange County. Performed QA testing on all new software. (Nixon Peabody) Performed escalated Help Desk support, conversion of all srver to Windows 2000 server and converted server and all mailboxes from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2000.
