How would you describe your time at Astoria Federal?
At first, Sales was my primary responsibility however, after a while i was given a task of generating new business for the bank - going out and visiting business sites, offering banking services. i think out of all my responsibilities, the one i loved the most was organizing and facilitating community events where my co-worker and myself would try to educated the immediate community of the various retirement/investment services the bank has to offer. it came to my surprise that a good deal of people didint know of the options that where available to them....
