What's your ideal role within an organization?

My ideal role with an organization is to be a member of the team and to provide the best service that I can. I feel that we are not individual workers, we are part of something much bigger with each member having their own special assignment and skill set. This is not to say that assisting other members of the team is out of the question; however, one should do what is necessary to benefit the whole.
