My main duties were to serve food and beverage in a high paced, college town enviornment. Frog and Firkin is located in the heart of the University of Arizona campus and is a very popular hotspot with students. With over 26 beers on tap and 80 available, alcohol knowledge was a must, not to mention being able to handle large groups and parties almost every night....

I was the assistant manager of the Cantina/bar portion of the restaurant. I was in charge of an average of 2-3 servers and tended bar for the majority of the time.

For two years I worked as a server, bartender, and cocktail waitress. The bar/grill is located at a very populer, summer seasonal resort and the atmosphere was constantly very high paced.
I was promoted to Marketing Director where I was in charge of creating an advertising campaign which included creating a new menu, designing a web page, designing logo wear, and creating promotional events....

My main focus was on horses and the horse industry, but I was just a few credits short of earning a minor in business. My courses included; accounting, marketing, human resources, leadership, communication, management and microcomputing
