How would you describe your time at southwest airlines?
Develop staffing models using operational research such as arrival curves, baggage handling, flight schedules, and several other indicators of work demand. Perform quantitative analysis, which is then used formulate staffing models with the objective of optimum efficiency in staff utilization. Formulate analysis, forecast & model for actual & budgeted staffing. Prepare work schedules that relate to research and communicate findings to Station Leaders....
Senior Sourcing Specialist
How would you describe your time at southwest airlines?
Locate and develop sourcing tools to find qualified candidates for all positions at Southwest Airlines. Create recruitment plans that combine our hiring goals, budget, AAP, the external environment & our history/processes to generate the best tools and the best candidate for our recruiters. Updated recruiting processes and tools and lowered recruitment cost by $400,000 for Flight Attendants. Added strategic internet products to all recruitment toolkits and increased hiring for all workgroups. The addition of these new tools drastically reduced our cost per hire for all workgroups. Organized and facilitated several Technology recruiting efforts. The last session held a record turnout of 3,500+ candidates in just four hours....

How would you describe your time at Hilton Reservations Worldwide?
My role in HR/Employment included all sourcing/advertising, recruiting, testing, background, hiring & new hire orientation. I interviewed 3,000+ candidates yearly, added several recruiting sources, implemented testing/prescreening tools and lowered recruitment costs. I was responsible for the recruiting budget and any/all applicant/resource tracking. The Employment role included Compensation. This involved processing all performance appraisals' and conducting all benchmarks for salary increases & new positions. For the HRW employees, I worked to improve their overall health & lower benefit costs. I maintained a program for our onsite health club. For a small fee ($10 per yr) I designed a nutritional program & physical fitness program for each employee. The membership fees paid for new equipment. I won several awards while at HRW and was issued an "Exceeds" on all my performance appraisals. I completed 7 CCP certification courses & received SPHR certification while with HRW....
